Worker showed up in 2024 without tools to remove cover properly. Was actually going to use a shovel to pry open a cover that required a drill bit. Fast forward to 2026 and found that the septic technician never locked the zabel filter in place. Two years without a filter. Take your chances with them if you want. I will never return as a customer.
