Having had a bad experience with painters in the past I was a bit cautious but I couldn't be happier with this encounter. I will definitely be using Masse again in the future.

I will use them again in a heartbeat. Their pricing was very fair and non of the vacation home “charge what we can get away with”.
- CVCatherine VSep 6, 20251.0I hired the Masse group after seeing their marketing all over social media. Big mistake. Almost $20,000 of work and my cabinets are chipping everywhere to the touch. Dan was uncooperative, combative, and confrontational. I initially did not like the first color, and I was happy to pay more to have the cabinets repainted for a second time. He charged me additional $2000 for his “other work loss” even though he was 3 weeks behind our contractual agreement to start our job… The worst part was the quality of work. The cabinets were chipping to the touch after installation. He told me that it was because of drying times… He literally said “dark blue takes longer to dry than light blue”. There was also blotches of paint on the inside of the cabinets caused by the spray machine. The good news… The two young gentlemen, that did most of the work in our home were respectful, very clean and worked really hard. The color I had selected was a very popular Hale Navy… and it looks beautiful. Unfortunately, We could not touch the cabinets because they chipped to the touch. And the new company I hired to repaint all of the Masse Groups mistakes were so wonderful to work. You have choices… This is a very expensive process, and I would hate my situation to happen to somebody else . I would recommend moving along from this company. Reply to Owner: You’re lying Dan… several color changes… it was one change you liar. 8 coats of paint… and it was still chipping. Your representative said “He’s never seen it chip” Your company is joke. I will post pictures to prove my point.

The workers showed up early and eager to go. They were friendly and professional. Left the site clean and picked at the end of each day. Dealt with some rain but I think they are used to that. The house came out beautiful and any repairs that we needed fixed were done and look great. So happy with everything and highly recommend the Masse Group painters.

I had a ton of questions about the process and he kindly answered all of them and made me feel very secure about the work being done. The scheduling was smooth, His workers were on time and worked very hard in a heat wave! They were super informative as well and made sure I was happy with the work every step of the way. Finished product is amazing and I am so thrilled I found this company. Will be using them again in the future and highly recommend. Take care !
