  By far the best options for anything heat pump related. Overall great experience and top-notch customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for heat pump installation or service.

  I had a terrible experience with HeatPumps, had them come out and told them I had a leak that a buddy of mine who works in the field detected and they came and said I didn’t and then had me put refrigerant in that wasn’t going to hold. It didn’t hold, had them come back just to tell me I had a leak and they didn’t schedule enough time to fix it nor tell me where the leak was and charge me another $150 just to tell me what I had already told them. Then I call and they say they are pricing me for fixing the lines in which I was never told was the problem. So I would have to schedule three appointments for them to fix the problem I said was the first time, a leak! I had to call them to see when they going schedule to fix and going on day. The only good thing was Erin who was nice and pleasant.

  I have had my headphones for several years now. Hate pumps unlimited has cleaned my heat pumps for the last several years. I love it. No more hauling air condition is in and out of the window. I am looking forward to having two more put in my house.
