This company’s work is completely dependent on the quality of their sub-contractor installers. When that work is unacceptable (4 people tripping and one falling!), they ought to accept responsibility and re-do it correctly. No such luck. We were charged another $1200 (above the original $2000 cost) to have a competent installer re-do the work, using the same carpet. This will be our last purchase from Carpets of Cape Cod.

What does that mean?! ...you can't afford any rugs in this store...umm. Her six figure income says she can. Did call, one of the owners wives was very courteous and apologetic. But, wouldn't recommend if the saleswoman is still working there. Will make sure to share this story.
