- EMElenita MunizNov 7, 20231.0We returned to Carpets of Cape Cod to add to and replace a section of carpet originally installed in 2011. This company’s work is completely dependent on the quality of their sub-contractor installers. When that work is unacceptable (4 people tripping and one falling!), they ought to accept responsibility and re-do it correctly. No such luck. We were charged another $1200 (above the original $2000 cost) to have a competent installer re-do the work, using the same carpet. This will be our last purchase from Carpets of Cape Cod.
