  Just had a bedroom carpet installed yesterday, 7/21/21, and everything went smooth as could be. The installer, Al, was great! Cleaned up, moved furniture, put furniture back, removed a runner and reinstalled that perfectly. Price was competitive, carpet very nice, and staff was very easy to deal with! Will be having 2 more rooms done as soon as we figure out what we want. Great team Joe D.

  I found vinyl flooring that I liked at another flooring store and got an estimate for installation in my kitchen. It was quite a high price. I got a second estimate from Carpets of Cape Cod and the price was considerably lower. Linda who I had spoken to on the phone came to measure the job herself and she was super friendly and professional, a real pleasure to work with from start to finish on this project. The installation went well and the new flooring looks great. Unfortunately something happened to the dryer when they moved it for the installation. The installer came to try to fix it right away, but was not able to. It took a few days, but the owner sent an appliance repair person who successfully fixed the dryer. I know the installer was not careless or negligent but the issue definitely happened when the appliance was moved for the installation. The owner never questioned whether this was their responsibility and I really appreciated his integrity. Carpets of Cape Cod also installed carpeting for us previously and that was also a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this company.
