  Steven shared every detail of what was being done and why. He answered all of my questions so that I understood what happened and why and showed me “before and after” voltage results documented on his photos that go with this visit.

  From the initial consultation through project completion, Braga Bros. HVAC has been super supportive showing extensive knowledge and demonstrating the professionalism and respect that you would expect from a contractor. They were very responsive and worked with us to develop a plan that fit our budget and met our objectives. The project was completed on time and the quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend!

  We had Braga Bros come out to look at upgrading our bathroom vanity from a single sink to a double sink. The technician, Jean Paul, spent about 20 minutes on site, took a few measurements, and never inspected or tested any of the existing plumbing. He told my fiancé the job “couldn’t be done” due to drain angle and insufficient water pressure from the current supply lines. However, no pressure testing was performed, and the pipes are fully exposed and accessible. We later spoke with multiple experienced plumbers, who all agreed that there is no reasonable way to determine a pressure issue without testing, and that this type of vanity conversion, while tight, is absolutely doable with standard tools and adjustments. The most concerning part was the charge. We were quoted $200/hour, yet were billed $300 for roughly 20 minutes, with no work completed and no meaningful diagnostic performed. At best, this felt like a lack of effort or willingness to take on the job. At worst, it felt misleading. Either way, we will be disputing the charge with our credit card company and hiring a different plumber. We would not recommend Braga Bros based on this experience.
