- DLdenise lepage5 days ago1.0this company left me without heat and hot water for 2 weeks! plumber told me that my heater / tankless water heater needed parts. said that i was on top of the list and placed as urgent as this is an emergency repair. Called 2 days later to find out when the parts would be in, they said 5 to 7 business days. i said i have no heat or hot water!!! they didnt care, they offered me a heater for my house, i asked them so how does that heat water?? the customer service rep said oh....right... so no shower or clean clothes for 2 weeks. i had to call everyday to for the status of the parts, nobody ever called me! i asked if the parts could be overnighted??? the customer service rep, oh good point.... i will talk to my manager about that! talk is cheap, actions speak louder then words. nobody in the entire company thought to say ....hey we need to get these parts asap its an emergency repair.... this company is totally incompetent. no apology, no nothing. stay away! they have horrific customer service and zero empathy of the person with no heat or hot water.

Mason St. Pierre thoroughly inspected the problematic pipe, solved the problem, and he had our water back on in no time! Excellence service. We are now loyal customers to Rodenhiser.
