Our design consultant, John MacDonald out of the Hyannis location was very personable and detail oriented, not only in his initial presentation but also as he guided us through the whole process. On Dec 1st, the installers, Elvis and Gustalvo, showed up on time and got right to work. They were polite and very considerate of our home and family while they did their work expertly; 12 windows in one day! Before leaving they gave us a tour of their work inside and out, explained the window functions and cleaned up thoroughly. We are very pleased with the whole Window World of Boston (Hyannis) experience and their product. 5 ***** Star Recommendation!
