Barbara was exactly what a customer service representative should be, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, communicative. I called to see if I needed an appointment and she told me to come whenever. When I arrived she explained the entire process, took the measurements while I waited and explained that she would call me when the glass arrived. Barbara called when it arrived and said I could drop the sashes off in the morning and pick them up the same day. She called when they were finished, unfortunately I couldn’t make it back by the time they closed but she was willing to make it so I could grab them after hours. Took my CC over the phone and emailed me my invoice right away. When I did pick up the sashes, you couldn’t even tell the glass had been replaced. Highly recommend glass shop.
