  If you don't want to read the whole review, just look at the photos - this is my window AFTER they "repaired" it. I dropped off a few windows at Demers in late October 2025, including one large picture window. It seemed to take a long time, but I figured they were busy. I've worked a lot in the service industry, so I am pretty patient, understanding and polite in these situations. In December, I got a call that they were ready for pick up. The shop guy helped my boyfriend load the large window in the truck and said we were all set. BUT when we got home, the black sealer they had used on the large window had shifted. So now there was black sealer all over the window and the window was no longer sealed in the frame. I sent Demers pictures and they told me to wash it off but not to use soap or even paper towels because it would scratch the pane (it was actually a type of plastic instead of glass). I told them that it wasn't working, but they stopped responding to me. So I brought the window into their shop again. They sent me quotes to fix the window AGAIN, but I was kind of upset. They had called and told me the window was READY FOR PICK UP, but clearly it was still wet and shouldn't have been moved. They even helped us load it into the truck! I emailed them to express my disappointment and requested they fix it without charge since the damage occurred as a result of them telling me it was ready when clearly it wasn't. OVER TWO MONTHS LATER they emailed me back saying that they refused to fix it because the damage was not their fault! Did I put black sealer on the window? Did I show up randomly to pick it up when it wasn't ready? Was I pushy and rushed them to finish? Nope. So what is stopping them from doing shoddy work that breaks immediately and then charging you to repair something again? Nothing I guess.

  Ordered a piece of plexi glass with front office. Replacement was needed to secure house back door and keep rainy weather out. DID NOT realize at the time order was placed, it was going to take 2 days to have it cut. The young woman was very good taking the dimensions and made sure of how it needed to fit, very helpful. On the 2nd day, I called, only to find out still hadn't been cut and was told...maybe tomorrow. Glass was ready in 2 hrs. after I said I was coming back to get my money back. CUSTOMERS, BE AWARE. Parking lot had flooded due to heavy rain. After treading thru 3 to 4" of water, with sneakers, got to the office, to get the glass. Once again, same woman made sure glass was going to fit application needed. BTW if you ever need a piece of plexi-glass, under 36", Aubochaun Hardware, rivers edge plaza has that and regular glass. AND THEY WILL CUT IT FOR YOU IN A MATTER OF MINUTES, NOT DAYS.

  Very friendly staff, very competitive price for the glass I got. I needed a custom size for a table top. Using Demers allowed me to get exactly the size I needed, not wait on shipping, and end up saving money over what I would have paid online.
