  AM/PM Was super responsive, reassuring, and knowledgable...what else can you want?! After multiple visits with another company, Scott (first time out), figured out the ongoing issue with my 8 year old Bosch boiler (a part just needed to be cleaned!), fixed it, and was on his way. I can't recommend them enough.

  I needed another hose connection in my new house. AM/PM plumbing responded promptly and I was able to have this done the next day. I was pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this company!

  AM/PM has come to the rescue for me in Amherst several times. A few years ago, they replaced a leaking water heater on a Saturday morning. I was mopping up water on the floor for days. When I finally figured out the water was coming from the water heater and called AM/PM late on a Friday afternoon, they took on the job for the next day- no more water in the basement, plenty of hot water upstairs! More recently, they replaced a toilet and fixed a leaking shower head. They are very knowledgeable, they get the job done, and they are neat. As a property owner, I can't ask for anything better than that! Always a good experience with Mitch, Scott and Mary.

  We recently discovered a sewer backup in our basement at 8 AM on a Friday, called Mitch and he came within the hour to assess the situation. He then cleared the sub basement obstruction by late afternoon. This most recent response to our urgent need was typical Mitch. He's been our plumber for decades and has always responded to an urgent need in a timely fashion. He and his employees are always courteous and fastidious and always fix the problem whether the need is urgent or not.
