  Quoted me 1.5 hours to 2 hours at 207 per hour for one guy. 2 guys show up but only one was doing anything. Tech not doing anything says its going to be $300 an hour for 2 guys and a minute or 3 hours to do it. Sorry. Total scam because they thought id still have them do the work because I've been without a dryer for 6 weeks. Pathetic company. Then they said they never quoted me a price. And said they never quoted a time of 1.5-2 hours. Pathetic. Would never recommend them to change a light bulb. For converting and installing my dryer

  Keith showed up promptly, even a few minutes early, to provide me with an estimate. He was professional: courteous, knowledgeable with clear explanation of product I was considering. I have not received Harwich Port’s quote as yet.

  We had an issue with an excavator cutting an underground electrical connection. As usual, HPHC was immediately responsive. Denise had two men here in under an hour. They solved the problem promptly and were, as always, courteous and professional. We continue to have HPHC handle all our electrical, plumbing, HVAC as we have for years.

  Harwich Heating and Cooling has come through with its promise to fix my AC unit after an accident. It’s taken 9 months to locate parts, do some carpentry work, and do the installation, but we are finally almost done. Matt Grindel has done his best to keep me informed of the many delays. Once the parts were in hand the crew was able install the parts in a timely manner. Have been impressed with the tech crews who have been doing the work. Daniel and Austin were prompt, polite, very professional and efficient. Phone calls are work related only. Electricians were of the same work ethic. My thanks also to Denise Balboa who relayed messages and directed calls. Thank you Harwich Port!

  Needed annual maintenance for my generator. Jimmy, their electrician, did an AMAZING job with the tune up service. Very comprehensive, kind and knowledgeable. Great job Jimmy and Harwich Port Thank you!
