  Harwich Port Heating & Cooling is incredibly professional, reliable, and their technicians are top notch. It is really hard To find reliable and high-quality HVAC service on the Cape, but these guys are absolutely the best! Every time we’ve had an emergency, they dropped everything and treated us like family. It’s exactly the kind of business that you want to be working with.

  I was very pleased with our generator sales appointment. The Generac representative, Jake, was on time and professional. He explained everything we needed to know. He took the time to assess our home's needs and answer questions.

  Noticed a problem with our heat on my Nest app while on vacation in FL. Called Harwich Port heating and cooling around 8:30 am and, by 10:30, the tech had been out, diagnosed and fixed problem! Great service! And very pleasant people too! Thank you!

  Harwich Port H&C just replaced our central AC with a heat pump. They seem to be a fairly large company by Cape Cod standards, with a good blend of seasoned professionals but with plenty of young people as well. Every one we dealt with was courteous and capable, they took care when it was necessary to go through the house ( much appreciated as we had an historic snowstorm the night before they started) and except for some problems caused by the storm they were right on time and on schedule. Their pricing was very competitive. They communicated well, except the voicemail may not work right, just call back a bit later. The office is staffed during business hours except maybe around lunchtime.
