  Matt and John arrived early and were professional. They repaired both my hot water heater and my boiler to my satisfaction. They clearly explained the issues and what needed to be done to correct them.

  We had a leak in our hot water heater. We called Harwichport Heating and Cooling and they sent someone right away. The two guys that came were very friendly and professional, found the problem, had all the supplies with them and were able to fix it right away! They were very respectful and courteous and we were very happy that the problem was resolved so quickly! We use Harwichport for our scheduled maintenance too! Great company to do business with!

  A huge thank you to HarwichPort Heating for responding to a furnace outage emergency request on Saturday, 1/31. Then sending Austin to repair 2 furnace issue successfully on 2/2 with assistance from Kyle. Our "go to company" for 33 years!

  I needed a quick turnaround on my house to winterize it to prevent freezing pipes. Normally, this would be done in the late fall, but I needed it for them to come at the end of January when there was a lot of snow on the ground. They came very quickly and did a great job. I’ve used Harwichport heating and cooling for a long time and recommend them to anyone that is in need of quality service at a fair price.

  We were connected to Harwichport Heating and Cooling when Jen responded to my facebook plea for a plumber for a possible water leak at our cottage. It is the snowiest and coldest it has been on the Cape in a long time and we live 4 hours away. After many other plumbers did not call us back or could not helpI did call and actually spoke with Jen. She immediately got us scheduled for the next morning and Sam and his helper arrived on time. They troubleshooting our issue and even shoveled our steps and had to shovel to get to our crawl space etc. They stayed in contact with me the entire time. I feel that what we paid for the service was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them for their responsiveness and professionalism.Thank you!
