Was expecting the worst but it turned into a relatively quick fix. Nick was also more than generous in inspecting my other garage door and resolving those issues as well even though I had mentioned them previously. He ended up saving me substantial money as I was expecting have to replace the overhead motor but was told that was far from necessary. Very friendly, extremely professional, would recommend to anyone who needs garage door assistance.
