I cannot recommend them enough, they were early and got the work done so quickly!!! They had to order a part, but it came in quick! They installed the motherboard and cleaned up everything in less than 20 minutes!!!!

My back up system in my lower level overflowed due to the ball that's in there needed to be replaced. Of course...this happens after business hours. The answering service gets all the information, and the person "on call" calls you back quickly! Shout out to Niko!!! He was Wonderful...figured out the problem...showed me how to manually pump out the system. He came back the next morning and put the New Part in!!!! Shout out to Jessica for calling me in the morning to set up the appointment! Excellent Service....Thank you Burke & Sons!

The unit has now failed, still under warranty, yet when my father reached out to have it replaced, they quoted $1,600 for the replacement. The original cost for the heater and install was $1,400 total. It’s incredibly frustrating that a company won’t stand behind its work or honor the warranty terms. My parents trusted Burke and Sons to do the job right and to stand by their word. Instead, they’re being charged as if the warranty means nothing. We expected better integrity and customer care. I would not recommend Burke and Sons Plumbing based on this experience.
