Removing an old water heater isn’t the easiest job, but they handled it seamlessly. They answered all my questions and left the area spotless. - QSQingshuo SongJan 29, 20263.0It’s hard to give a definitive rating. The technician, Igor, couldn't identify the source of the first leak, though he did find a second one. There was some initial confusion regarding billing; the company tried to charge me for 1.5 hours of labor ($289 per hour) for the inspection, even though I was quoted a flat $89 dispatch fee. To his credit, Igor spoke with the office to ensure I was only charged the $89 fee as promised. He left for another job with the work unfinished, and I was told to call tomorrow to reschedule. I may need to pay another dispatch fee.
