The Project Manager at H&R called me back within ten minutes to get additional details. He said he would try and get someone to my house the following Monday. The Project Manager then texted me the next day (Saturday) and said he would have his crew at my house at 7:00am Monday. They arrived Monday morning at 7:00am as scheduled. They had the missing shingles replaced within one hour. Fantastic service! They answered the phone when I called the office, called me back within minutes to get additional information, kept me informed of the process, and showed up as scheduled the very next work day. I highly recommend H&R Roofing.

The crew worked hard and finished the roof in just two days with great attention to detail. The portico installation took a bit longer only because the special metal had to be ordered, but once it arrived, they completed the job promptly and beautifully. The managers were outstanding—professional, responsive, and truly great to work with. I have no complaints at all. The workmanship and customer service were both exceptional. However, from the time H&R Roofing and Solar came out to see my roof until final completion (a matter of a couple of weeks), Ronaldo and his team provided quick, professional, pleasant and excellent service. The job was done (roof and gutters), the yard was left spotless, there are no more water leaks and there were no surprises. H & R is highly recommended.
