  My partner and I recently decided to replace some very old carpet in our living room and hallway. We live quite close to the Framingham Carpet Center so it was the first place we visited. We absolutely loved the place from the moment we walked in :) Over the course of the past 6 weeks we worked with Katie and her team to come up with a plan to lay Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in the hallway and some of the softest and most comfortable wall to wall carpet in the living room. All the staff were very easy to work with and helped us each and every step of the way. We wanted the project to come out just right and as such made many trips to their showroom to take home various samples to test in our space. We were always greeted with friendly smiles and felt like we were part of the Framingham Carpet Center family the entire time. The install crew was prompt, courteous and clean. We could not be happier with the results and the process!

  My experience with Katie was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and patient. She helped us to decide on grade of carpet and color. She called us immediately when the carpet came in and we scheduled the work. The Installers were amazing. Very hard working and cleaned up well when they competed the job. I would absolutely go back there and also refer others to go To Framingham Carpet!

  Carol was extremely nice and helpful with the selections & pricing was great. The installer was prompt and did a good job laying out the carpet. The result was beautiful and it really transformed our room. We will definitely return for our next flooring project.
