They have a fantastic selection and after shopping at three other carpet stores, I found the perfect carpet I was looking for. The pricing was very competitive and it only took about two weeks for the carpet to come after after it was ordered. The installer that works for the company did a superb job with the installation. The carpet looks amazing and I could not be happier! I highly recommend Creative Carpet to anyone that is looking for beautiful carpets at a very reasonable price and wants above and beyond customer service!

The owners were super friendly and didn’t try to push us into anything in particular. They even discouraged us from spending extra on fancy carpet pads and the overall price included a great pad and installation and was extremely competitive. The installers were very friendly and completed the whole job in a few hours including a set of steps. We were extremely pleased with our experience at Creative carpet after initially considering quite a few big box stores and other sellers. I would highly recommend them. Friendly, reasonably priced and professional!
