  LOVE LOVE LOVE my new family room, kitchen and roof! Me and my husband had a Fall renovation with AG Reliable Remodeling including a garage conversion, new roof and kitchen remodel. Allen did an awesome job! We struggled with some of the kitchen design issues and Allen had some amazing ideas and suggestions that worked out perfectly. His pricing was within our budget and the project was finished ahead of the timeline. Don’t hesitate to use this company. I highly recommend and will use them again for our future window replacement project!

  Me and my wife had a wonderful experience hiring AG Reliable Remodeling for a complete redo of our home, including new hardwood floors, painting, kitchen, renovation and windows. We are so happy with the results and highly recommend Allen and his crew. The cabinets are gorgeous, and the paint Job was meticulous. He was very trustworthy and kept us in the loop throughout the entire project.A+++++

  Allen has done several projects for us over the years. He first replaced our roof and windows several years ago and more recently, renovated my kitchen and basement after significant water damage. His communication throughout the project was greatly detailed, and his navigation of the insurance claim was extremely beneficial to us in a difficult time. Our kitchen looks amazing. The cabinetry and finish work are stellar. We highly recommend AG Reliable Remodeling and look forward to using him again next fall when we upgrade our two bathrooms! Honest, trustworthy, and very professional!

  We recently completed a second story addition with AG Reliable Remodeling last summer. We hired them again this winter to renovate our downstairs bathroom and basement. We can’t say enough good things about Allen and his crew. From every phase of the product to design, permitting, framing, and finish work, Allen was on site every day and communicating throughout both projects. Of utmost important to us is trusting someone and their employees in our home and knowing they have our best interest in mind. We never had a doubt with Allen and we are thrilled with the gorgeous addition and new basement/bathrooms that we have. We highly recommend this company. Fair price & excellent quality! Will use again :)

  We do not recommend AG Reliable Remodeling for any work from the simplest remodel to an addition. We had an addition put on our house by them. Allen Grome had a lack of communication and follow through after he got the job. There were numerous mistakes and issues, from structural mistakes to poor scheduling to not ordering required supplies in a timely manner - which all lead to delays and overages - there were too many issues to put into this review. However, pictures don't lie. So take a look at the quality of their work and decide for yourself. Additionally, their contracts are very vague and high level, they are not detailed, so there is plausible deniability on their part. Buyer beware! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In response to the comment by AG Remodeling, Allen Grome: In his response to our review, he goes on about how the inspections passed, and how much scheduling there was but he doesn't acknowledge or accept responsibility for the mistakes, problems and poor quality of the finish work. This is an especially important point, because when you spend a lot of money on your home, you want it to look beautiful and be done right. I don't know why AG Remodeling would be surprised at the low rating they received from us, they shouldn't have been. We had many discussions during the course of the project and Allen knew we were not happy. We consistently asked for more communication throughout the project, but rarely got it. The pictures that we attached to the review were accurately documented at the end of the project. The wall corners that are not square, the mirrors that are not straight or square, the knicked baseboard that was painted and left in place and the poorly joined baseboards would never be considered "punch list items". These are examples of a crew that doesn't put in the effort to properly do a quality job the first time around. If they had come back to correct them at the end of the project, they would've had to tear up our house again, and we had serious concerns whether it would ever be done right. We had several conversations with Allen about these issues and he never once acknowledged any of our concerns. We gave them one opportunity to fix the "punch list items", and the picture of how they filled in the nail holes was a result of "nail holes that were not filled". They wanted to sand the joined baseboard molding in order to make it look better, more even. We insisted that it be replaced. At that point, we lost confidence in their ability to properly fix the "punch list items" and told them to just leave as we were fed up. This was also told to Allen, so again, the review shouldn't have been a surprise.
