  Servicemen arrived within a few hours after I called saying I had a dripping faucet. They installed a new one in less than an hour. Very nice, clean, neat workers. We were very pleased.

  Our Gas furnace was not working properly. Heat would not go above 66 and ran constantly. Cleghorn Plumbing and heating came on a snowy Sunday, quickly diagnosed the problem and now it works great. They have done other work at this residence and always do great job.

  On 12/15, 10 days before Christmas, we had to shut our heat down due to saftey concerns. We needed to have 2 steam boilers replaced. Fran came out to inspect the system and provide a quote. He was very thorough, professional and full of knowledge. He went through our entire system to be sure it was sized correctly and up to code, instead of just replacing what we already had. He finalized our quote within 24 hours and had a team onsite 12 hours after we signed on the dotted line. Fran, Eric and Josh came out to start the removal/install process. They were the most courteous contractors I have ever dealt with. The job was completed, with city inspection and all on 12/19. Their fast response and compassionate service allowed us to enjoy the holidays warm and cozy. I would not hesitate to use cleghorn plumbing and heating if the need were to arise again.

  My water heater blew out this week so I called a local company who put in my new furnace 4 years ago. Because I wasn’t a “customer” and needed the help of MOC at the time, they were very demeaning to me. Didn’t even put the phone on hold & the secretary said to the man in charge/ owner, she was a MOC CUSTOMER so they didn’t want anything to do with me. Cleghorn came to my rescue 4 hours later & were very professional clean & neat making sure they picked up everything & left it the way they found it. I will be needing more work in the future & Cleghorn will be getting my business for sure!! My heroes in time of need. They were respectful & empathetic to my needs unlike the other company I had actually done business with. Not that the other customer cares but won’t be calling or recommending them to anyone ever! It’s Cleghorn oil & plumbing for me! 👍🏻 Thank you to all!
