  Eric came to install a new garbage disposal. A very professional, polite young man who impressed me completely with his work and knowledge. When I called the office, Valerie was pleasant and polite. She provided an estimate that was close to the actual cost. Eric had to replace one plumbing part which was necessary. He didn't leave until making sure the new unit ran perfectly. Cleghorn Plumbing earned my respect and admiration. I will call them if future plumbing issues come up. I highly recommend them.

  The guys there are awesome. They are helpful and the woman who answers phone calls. She is very nice and caring. I recommend these guys if you ever need any fixing for boiler room or pipes. They've had to come and change a new boiler and new box for us this year. We appreciate you guys for helping out.

  I have used Cleghorn Plumbing for 15 years and have been very happy with them. They are efficient, courteous, their plumbers are also very professional when on my Property Site for work they do. They have replumbed apartments for me as well as replaced complete boiler systems I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work large or small.

  I called them up to have a furnace fixed and they showed up and started trouble shooting by guessing and replacing parts and then end up charging you for fixing parts that weren't broken. Eventually they land on what is actually broken and immediately change to you should just replace the entire unit. You can tell them anything you want but they will just keep turning back to the fact they will replace the unit but not want to do anything else.

  I am not a regular customer, but after my regular plumber was unable to get out to an emergency job, I tried Cleghorn Plumbing & Heating. I explained the "emergency" job in detail and they were too busy that day, but scheduled me out to Monday (from Friday). On Monday when my tenants called to ask about the time they would come, Cleghorn told the tenants it was too big of a job and they were too busy to take it. I am confused as to why they even scheduled this appointment if they were not able to fulfill the commitment. I could have scheduled with someone else. And then no one even called in the morning to cancel with us, we had to call them. Very unprofessional.
