  If I could give them a zero I WOULDD! called them to let them know several things in my house was missing after they left . An Amazon Alexa & My daughters ipad. Now they guy who answered told me he would figure it out and let me know. Left my name and number and he ends up calling MY FATHER ! (Who paid for all repairs to my carpets) saying I threatened to call police WHICH I ABSOLUTELY DID ! No one should be paid to come steal. They lost business from me as well as my father who owns 5 property’s and always used them !!! (Property’s that we’re vacant ) mine was not and they stole. I filed a police report but could not complete it due to owner not giving me names of people. DO NOTTTTT USE THEM!! Also they completely covered a vent and threw out my vent cover very sloppy work. Was drinking on the job due to empty bud light limes in my Trash as well as using MY TRASH CONTAINER to throw away nails extra carpet etc. I paid for them to rip up and take away and this is what they did. When I told them they cover vent they took all day to come back just to not want to come in knowing they stole from me cut very uneven. Also told me the excuse “we might have thrown away” the stuff I was missing. Excuse me ??? Threw away an Alexa and iPad ?!! I don’t think so! Very unprofessional whole family is nuts. If you like your stuff DO NOT use them because they will take it! Super unprofessional.

  Overall an excellent experience! We had a little back and forth deciding on product due to back orders but once product was delivered to them, Mark and Lance pulled out all of the stops to get all three of my rooms installed over the first possible weekend! Installers were professional, on-time (a rarity these days) and got the jobs done quickly and perfectly first-time. Highly recommend to anyone!!

  I had them install carpeting in my hallway and two bedrooms. They did a horrible job. I do not recommend them at all. They cut the rug too small and left a 1 inch gap from the floor trim. Also, in both rooms the hallway carpet can be seen when you close the door. I should have known something was up when they would not let me watch them while they were doing their work. When I pointed it out they said there was nothing they could do. Home Depot does a much better job. I do not recommend them at all.
