- WFwinnie francisJul 10, 20252.0I am giving 2 starts because the individuals who work at the store itself are great but the work we had done at our home was disappointing. We used Spectrum to do our bathroom and kitchen flooring back in November of 2023 and it is already broken in multiple spots. We had vinyl flooring installed and multiple spots already need to be replaced. They also self leveled our kitchen floor before they laid the new floor and every time we step in a certain spot right in front of our sink I can feel an air pocked underneath. I should have known by their name that they specialize in tile and carpet but I didn’t expect the work we had done to be so unsatisfactory.
