  Had a great experience with New England Home Restoration, Jack (Owner) and their installers (Zee, Iggy, etc). The company owner was always responsive and helpfull. The installers replaced an old Bow Window, and I had only positive interactions with all, they came did the work, protected my wood floors, and left everything clean when they were done. See the pictures below, the window looks great. I am very happy with the installation. I selected a custom Anderson Windows E Series, I took some time to select the window and was not pressured into any particular window. This company actually listened to what I wanted and helped me get the window that better matched what I was looking for. I had reached out to 2 other companies, and after a few interactions I realized New England Home Restoration was by far a better company.

  Trustworthy and helpful. Thought I had a bigger issue than I had and they were able to give me some advice to solve my issue over the phone. In the future if I need any work done they will be my first call.

  I called Jack due to a mold problem in a closet in my basement from a leak. He called me the same day, sent his team over the next day and it was taken care of within a week. Quick, professional and reasonable! I would highly recommend New England Home Restoration LLC!

  I hired New England Home and Restoration to do my kitchen, two bathrooms and a 14x22 deck. I can’t even explain to you how talented this company is. Jack and his crew are amazing, he walked me through every single step along the way, constantly calling me and texting me picture updates throughout the whole project. I highly, highly recommend you to hire this company. They are not a handyman, they are an actual contractor, licensed. They pulled all the necessary permits for me, so I did not have to worry about any of that. My wife, kids and I are thrilled at how the whole project came out. Thank you Jack and Liz for delivering above and beyond what we expected, we can’t believe what the house looks like now. We’re looking forward to building more lasting memories here. Thank you again!!!

  Had Jack and his crew come out to fix a wall that had some water damage and my floor that was crumbling under my feet in my bathroom. Not only was Jack able to help me out at an amazing price but the work matched with just how incredible of a job they did! I will definitely be giving them a call to comeback and do more work to my house in the future. Thank you for all the help and amazing work!
