  “I’m writing to express our deep appreciation for the work done by NEHR on our new room addition and to let others know of the great experience we’ve had with Jack, Liz, and their entire crew. From the start, we’ve appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality workmanship. Our project involved a first-floor bedroom addition to our historic, 100+ year-old home. Preserving the home’s character and integrity was important. Jack and his team took great care with every detail to ensure this was achieved; from creating a sturdy room foundation, to resetting windows and building a new roof to match the existing home, etc-every aspect was carefully planned and executed. This resulted in an addition that appears as if it was always a part of the house, and one that expands the first-floor footprint to add much light, beauty and functionality. We so appreciate the NEHR team and love our new guest room. We’d highly recommend them to anyone considering them for their next construction project.”

  So happy with this company. We had some damage to our house from the storm in July. The first company we hired per our insurance’s recommendation ghosted us and after trying to contact them for two months said they can’t do the job. I spoke to my neighbor who contracted Jack and was happy with him, so I called him. He came by the next day, went over every detail and answered all of our questions. Liz and Jack have been friendly, honest, completed the work in a very timely manner with high quality materials; provided all documentation we needed and requested. It was a pleasure working with them and this will be the only company we use from now on.

  Had a great experience with New England Home Restoration, Jack (Owner) and their installers (Zee, Iggy, etc). The company owner was always responsive and helpfull. The installers replaced an old Bow Window, and I had only positive interactions with all, they came did the work, protected my wood floors, and left everything clean when they were done. See the pictures below, the window looks great. I am very happy with the installation. I selected a custom Anderson Windows E Series, I took some time to select the window and was not pressured into any particular window. This company actually listened to what I wanted and helped me get the window that better matched what I was looking for. I had reached out to 2 other companies, and after a few interactions I realized New England Home Restoration was by far a better company.

  Trustworthy and helpful. Thought I had a bigger issue than I had and they were able to give me some advice to solve my issue over the phone. In the future if I need any work done they will be my first call.

  I called Jack due to a mold problem in a closet in my basement from a leak. He called me the same day, sent his team over the next day and it was taken care of within a week. Quick, professional and reasonable! I would highly recommend New England Home Restoration LLC!
