He and/or the team were always available, and still are, to answer questions. The installation went smoothly, they were on time and now I have a clean, heavy flow of water streaming from my faucets. Would highly recommend them!

Everyone on the team was super respectful and professional. and my salesman Chris treated me as if I was family with the upmost respect and honesty and always having the patience to answer any and all of my questions . I cannot recommend Connecticut Valley enough.

I have rarely had an owner of any business act so unprofessionally. Shame on you, Joe. I have owned my own business for 30 years and under no circumstance have ever treated a repeat customer in such an egregious manner.

He went above and beyond to help us get approval for the well which was a lot more work in our town than most others. He was always really prompt in responding and explained the whole process several times (because it’s a little complicated to understand the first time) and he answered all of our questions. The team was amazing, organized, super nice and clearly very professional. Would recommend to anyone.
