- MCMichelle CostelloSep 11, 20255.0Our renovation experience with iKitchens Etc was excellent and exceeded expectations. iKitchens was able to remove a load bearing wall and add a supporting beam to transform our kitchen, dining and living room into our dream open concept space. They also cleverly designed an underutilized large second floor bedroom into an office and beautiful primary suite. The project manager’s attention to details was impressive and the crew’s craftsmanship was top-notch. Communication with the whole team throughout the project was superb with schedule and progress updates on their user friendly project management system. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the final product and highly recommend iKitchens!

When the work began the entire team was terrific! Professional, skilled, reliable and personable, they were all such hard workers. Communication with the staff was excellent; any questions answered timely thru co-construct- a portal used to keep in touch, watch progress and schedule. We live in Cincinnati and have a home in New Seabury. We needed the project to be coordinated and completed without being present. IKitchens Etc took on every aspect of the project-quartz countertops, wood counter tops, tile backsplash, new sink and coordinating plumber/install of new appliances. They use a software tool to communicate with the client as a team. It works great and helped me stay involved in the project. They sent pictures and offered advice which was very helpful. They were fair with pricing and completed the project on time. They did beautiful work. We love our kitchen.
