  Our renovation experience with iKitchens Etc was excellent and exceeded expectations. iKitchens was able to remove a load bearing wall and add a supporting beam to transform our kitchen, dining and living room into our dream open concept space. They also cleverly designed an underutilized large second floor bedroom into an office and beautiful primary suite. The project manager’s attention to details was impressive and the crew’s craftsmanship was top-notch. Communication with the whole team throughout the project was superb with schedule and progress updates on their user friendly project management system. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the final product and highly recommend iKitchens!

  I was very clear, before we even had our first meeting, what my budget was. They told me then that it would be $400 to proceed but I liked what I saw, repeated my budget, and paid them to come out and measure for the design. I was shocked when I finally got the proposal. It was $10,000 OVER what I repeatedly said I could afford. I have lost $400 not because I didn't choose to use them, but because they used unfair business practices. If they knew they could not meet my budget, (I was told cabinet prices had increased), just say so . To me, that is poor business. If you know you cannot meet a person's budget, say so. I feel I was taken for the design cost and they knew I could not continue on and use them fir the remodel. My $400 is not Refundable and that is ok if I chose not to use them, but not ok since they did not respec

  We contracted to iKitchens Etc to install our new IKEA & Semihandmade Kitchen; they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! During the process we were well informed as to dates, timeframes and progress. Rich made a personal visit to our home prior to installation and recommended we switch from our planned cabinet legs to toekicks, which look fantastic. Rich and team were punctual, professional, and great during the installation process. They also finished almost a full day early! I whole heartedly recommend iKitchens to anyone looking to install a new kitchen.
