He explained what he was going to do and what he found along with next steps and gave me options. He found the issue to be that the Replace Boiler Auto-Fill Valve & Backflow Preventer had to be replaced as the psi was not regulating. He tested to make sure the heat was coming on and shutting off as it should be fore leaving.
