Why won't my garage door go down?
More often than not this is an easy fix. Your safety eyes may be off alignment. The eyes, located on the bottom half of the tracks need to be pointed directly at one another for the door to function properly. If this does not solve the problem it may be more involved and you should contact us.
Why is my garage door so loud?
There are many things that can contribute to this. We suggest that you spray the rollers inside the track, the springs, and pullies (if you have extension springs) with a silicone spray.
