  Super Service Today was professional and kind from start to finish. Tommy came over to find the source of an active leak in my ceiling and he made sure I understood the entire process before, during, and after. He was very personable and made me feel better about the leaking ceiling. I highly recommend using Super Service Today!!!

  Tim and his team are awesome. We had our water heater die right as I was about to be traveling, which was incredibly bad timing. The thought of leaving my wife and newborn baby without hot water while I was away was so stressful. I called Super Service and they came out to look at it within just a couple of hours. That night, they were still messaging back and forth about our options until 11pm, long after most other places would have been closed for the night. I was blown away by their dedication to their customer service.They then had a new water heater installed by 11am the next day. Not only that, but they helped us get the replacement covered under warranty from the manufacturer which cut the cost down to a small fraction of what it would have been. They even went ahead and fixed some of the work the previous plumber had done that was not up to code. All in all, they made the whole situation so much less stressful, they got the job done incredibly fast, and their customer service was above and beyond. Cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you so much to the SST Team!
