  We had an outstanding experience with JP Carroll Roofing, and I can’t recommend them highly enough—especially Lucas Abdao. From start to finish, it was clear that Lucas genuinely cared about us and doing the job right, not just getting it done. He took the time to walk us through every step, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident in the process. What really stood out was the level of care and commitment. They came out in the middle of winter to fix an issue for us—when most companies would have told us to wait—and made sure we were taken care of right away. Even after that, Lucas followed up and came back to ensure everything was completed perfectly. Lucas and the team truly went above and beyond, paying attention to every detail and treating our home like it was their own.   Lucas did a fabulous did keeping me current with progress throughout the day and because I was anxious about a few things in my old house, it made the day go by so smoothly. I was so impressed with the work ethic of Nandos crew amd how they worked together. Two women on the crew were superstars and everyone knew what to do every minute of the day and all steps of the job. I am so grateful I landed here with JP Carroll after literally crying in front of three local roofers who quoted me. One didn’t have financing and they didn’t have a crew which made me uneasy. Another one had financing and great experience in reputation in the area, but arrived at an unreal high price. Another scared me to even see on my roof either he might fall through or fall off. I dreaded this project for over two years. Being a single homeowner I knew I needed financing. When JP roofing came for the quote, they offered a familiar service system that worked well for me. It didn’t matter that the person coming to inspect my house and provide the details about Jp Carroll Roofing wasn’t the same person who was doing the job because I could see how they all were connected through the incredible use of technology and tools to ensure everyone knew what the person before them knew. I have referred them and will continue to refer them. I made them some cookies at the end and if it was a nicer warmer day out, I’m sure they would’ve appreciated that. Top-notch work crew and work ethic, thank you for the great quality and workmanship.

  Contacting JP Carroll about water coming down the walls through the roof and Kim came out quickly and gave a reasonable estimate. After deciding to go with them I spoke with Lee the project manager and scheduled a date. Lee along with the foreman Tim came out in about a week to perform the work which only took took them about 4 or 5 hours to complete and it looks perfect. All around great experience dealing with this company.

  We scheduled JP Carroll Roofing to quote installing two skylights and were told the consultation would take about 45 minutes. Instead, the visit lasted over 90 minutes and we never received a skylight quote. The rep refused to discuss or quote the skylights and spent much of the appointment pushing a full roof replacement, claiming he saw “20 nails popping out of the roof” and recommending we redirect our budget to a new roof. The sales pressure felt excessive and not aligned with why we called. We sought a second opinion from another licensed roofer, who said the roof appeared to be only about 5–7 years old and did not recommend replacement. Town permit records also show the roof was fully replaced in 2019. Because of the hard-sell approach for something that wasn't needed, we chose a different contractor and will not use JP Carroll Roofing in the future. Consider getting a second opinion if you are advised to replace your roof.
