  Tommy and Alex did an excellent job fixing a leak at our home. They arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. The work was done efficiently, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. They were professional, respectful, and very easy to work with. I really appreciate their honesty and quality of work. Highly recommend their services.

  I highly recommend you save your money and time. I came back from a Christmas trip with no heat on the weekend. Since I am mechanically inclined, I figured out what the issue was and knew what part needed to be replaced but it wouldnt have arrived for 3-5 days. I called superservice and when they called me back, I told the dispatcher exactly the part I needed so that if they had it, they could install it that day so we can get heat for my family established immediately. They sent out a technician and the first thing I asked him was if he had the part. He responded that he had no spare parts. Off to a bad start. He then proceeded to do a “diagnostic check” of the system and after all that, told me what I already knew. He then wrote up 3 estimates that he called good, better and best which varied from over $1000 to over $4000 and told me that one of the problems was the wrong exhaust piping was used for our furnace (although it was standard PVC piping for all high efficiency furnaces that was installed by the professional HVAC company when the house was built less than 10 years prior) and added all this BS that I knew was BS because I have some HVAC engineering background. I then had to pay Superservice hundreds of dollars for wasting my time. Since, I got the part that I needed to wait for, installed it, and my furnace has been running just fine. They have a money making scheme that is built upon sending “technicians” to do a diagnostic and maintenance to charge you money and write you outrageous proposals to farm out to their contractors to make even more money. It is a scam. Pls avoid these emergency service providers and go straight to a local HVAC contractor. I challenge Superservice to post this review.

  I can’t tell you how pleased I am with Charles work… He did a great job. He was neat and clean personally as well as before he left this my house he made sure everything was cleaned up and then his place.. I would recommend this Service man to all my friends and obviously as well as your company. I couldn’t be more satisfied than I feel right now. Charles left me with a smile on my face but he put their so kudos to Charles and kudos to your company for hiring such wonderful help. God bless and Merry Christmas.

  I am so impressed and extremely happy with my today’s experience with Super Service Today. I had a broken sewer pipe which is under the foundation and needs to be replaced. Roy came in and did the evaluation and proposed options for me in a very professional manner. He is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. He gives me expert advice with different case scenarios, and made very reasonable recommendations on the solutions based on my specific needs. I would also specifically thank the actual working team, including Tito, Rogelio, Jaden and Jose. This team is just super. I cannot say enough good things about thier work, experience and professionalism. After the work is done, they vacuumed my carpet in the basement and cleaned the working area outside of my house in a fantastic situation. I was so impressed and really appreciated their every effort. Absolutely 5 stars and I would highly recommend this company and this awesome team.

  TL;DR - used Super Service Today for an HVAC unit replacement. They were fairly priced, professional and very efficient. The quality of work and craftsmanship was top-tier. Cannot recommend this group enough & have given our building management team their info so that SST is a recommended contractor for other tenants. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES AND NOT THE PRIVATE EQUITY BACKED MONSTERS LIKE SILA. ** I have been using Super Service Today over the past year or so to service my hvac unit (heat pump). I live in a condo building where the pumps are placed in awkward places in the ceiling that are hard to access. Despite that, SST has always been willing to come out and somehow still gets the maintenances done. About a month ago, my heat stopped working. Air was blowing, but it wasnt hot. SST came out and ran the diagnostic (which, as a side note, they will net the cost to run the diagnostic against any service or replacement job you do with them as a result). There was a likely issue, but the service job was going to be expensive, may not actually have not been the root cause to my lack of heat, and my unit was old anyways. So I had Jason, one of their sales guys, come out and quote me a replacement. He was pretty diligent walking through the apartment, helping think through / calculating appropriate size units for my place (ended up increasing my system by half a ton), how to potentially re-engineer the supplies and returns, etc. Clearly focused not only only selling the job, but also making sure the job was done right and that the end result for me was the best it could be. After a bit of negotiating on price (which they were fair on) I signed them up. Within a few days, Jason was back with Quinn, the install manager. Great guy. Together, the three of us spent a FULL HOUR AND A HALF walking through the job and what we wanted to do. They fielded all of my questions and concerns and didnt rush me whatsoever. We had our game plan, they moved a few of their other jobs around (I was trying to get the install done ahead of Thanksgiving and it was the Friday before) and by Monday, there was a crew at my apartment jamming away. It was a complex job - they had to cut into the ceiling as the unit's previous owners installed the pump and THEN ran sheetrock (so the full unit was impossible to remove), manually remove the old pump, put the new one in, add another supply and run duct to it, and replace all of the grates of the supplies to provide improved airflow and coverage throughout my condo. They were efficient, fairly clean (for example, they even put up a plastic drape in the hallway to minimize dust and sheetrock spreading through the apartment) and overall did a great job. They were in and out in a little over a day! Gave generous maintenance plan as well as labor/parts warranty as well. The group is fair on pricing (much better than some of the larger, private-equity backed companies like SILA) and do just as good of a job - there was no gap in the quality of the work. Partner with companies like SST and support your local communities.
