  Contacting JP Carroll about water coming down the walls through the roof and Kim came out quickly and gave a reasonable estimate. After deciding to go with them I spoke with Lee the project manager and scheduled a date. Lee along with the foreman Tim came out in about a week to perform the work which only took took them about 4 or 5 hours to complete and it looks perfect. All around great experience dealing with this company.

  Lucas and his crew were excellent! I was throughly informed of their progress throughout the day and he explained everything so that I could understand. The whole crew worked hard all day and the new roof looks great!

  We scheduled JP Carroll Roofing to quote installing two skylights and were told the consultation would take about 45 minutes. Instead, the visit lasted over 90 minutes and we never received a skylight quote. The rep refused to discuss or quote the skylights and spent much of the appointment pushing a full roof replacement, claiming he saw “20 nails popping out of the roof” and recommending we redirect our budget to a new roof. The sales pressure felt excessive and not aligned with why we called. We sought a second opinion from another licensed roofer, who said the roof appeared to be only about 5–7 years old and did not recommend replacement. Town permit records also show the roof was fully replaced in 2019. Because of the hard-sell approach for something that wasn't needed, we chose a different contractor and will not use JP Carroll Roofing in the future. Consider getting a second opinion if you are advised to replace your roof.

  Had our roof completed the day before a blizzard! Our Project Manager, Lucas, and his crew were absolutely amazing getting everything done! The property was immaculate when they left! And a huge thank you for getting the dumpster picked up a day early so we could get our vehicles back in the driveway for the parking ban and our plow guy can access the driveway after the storm. The communication Lucas provided throughout the project was fantastic, we always knew what was going on and where they were in the project at any given time. Every detail was followed up on. I would recommend JP Carroll Roofing without hesitation!
