  They didn't work on my place but decided they could park in my driveway without asking while working on a neighbors house.. they did move when I asked them but they played dumb.."he thought it was a road" said the guy in charge.

  JP Carroll did a roof replacement for our house and 2 sheds. From the beginning estimate with Noah, to the completion of the project, things could not have gone smoother. When the team arrived, they "hit the ground running". All completed in 1 day! Amazing workers, perfect clean up.

  We had a shingle fly off our roof during a recent noreaster and became worried that our roof was not in the best shape. JP Carroll sent out a estimator to look at our roof and explain the options (including financing). I was impressed that they were certified as a president's club winner and could offer a 40 year warranty on the roof. The team was able to get our roof installed in one day -- this was impressive as it included removing everything from our deck, putting tarps down to protect our property, and putting everything back. As part of the work, they installed a modern ridge vent and closed the now-obsolete gable vents to make sure that the attic ventilation works properly. At every step of the way, we received regular communication with our estimator, project manager, and job foreman. As part of the work, JP Carroll takes pictures at every step of the way to ensure that the job is done right. I highly recommend them!

  Awesome Company and work done by all from Quote Rep visit; Office follow up; Onsite Foreman Mr. Leo; The Installation Crew; and Clean up. Work Needed was full garage & attached screen house. Stripped old layer. Shingle & Rolled GAF warranted -Material & Installation. Given the reason of rush due to another company of previous contractor started with in June with priority to get work done & with my schedule -well before winter, dragging it out then misleading it would get done, but only to not follow thru to setting up start date. Then not replying to my repeated attempts on status with time flying fast; ghosted me into late September which I repeatedly tried contacting to proceed , so that in the end by mid Oct I notified cancellation & started search for new contractor . But now under the gun of winter beating down. JP Carrol Group quickly showed up for free quote- worked with me on my financial budgeting for best option & my hectic schedule- but more importantly followed thru to get the job done quickly while still maintaining the integrity; quality; communication; respect; and clean up of my property. Leo the project on site Foreman was great not only listening to my concerns; my questions regarding the project steps & timing, he & his crew worked quickly;conscientiously; respectfully; to make sure the work was installed cleanly & done right. Met all the criteria while under adverse & rushed timing the other company had put me in. Jp Carrol Co.made sure to follow thru on my satisfaction to the end of the job & moving forward relieving all the stress I was under at that point. Confident that I received a proper job well done.
