I was very specific about the rental length, yet they still charged me an extra fee for not calling to schedule a pickup after the 20 days. This was never explained to me, and now they claim I signed paperwork saying it was my responsibility something I was not made aware of. This was my first and definitely my last time doing business with them.

Not only is their name delightful, but so is their customer service! They made the entire booking process so easy. The driver even called me the night before so I would have his phone number in case I needed anything or in case anything changed with our event. Excellent!
