  I asked to rent a porta potty for two weeks, but was told there was a 20-day minimum, which I agreed to. I was very specific about the rental length, yet they still charged me an extra fee for not calling to schedule a pickup after the 20 days. This was never explained to me, and now they claim I signed paperwork saying it was my responsibility something I was not made aware of. This was my first and definitely my last time doing business with them.

  The company I work for, Preferred Mechanical, has been using Pleasant View on the job sites in locations served by them. They are far better with dumpster service and way cleaner with the potties than the competition! The office staff is also great to work with! Both Alexis and Sierra are so super pleasant to work with!

  I used them to pump my septic tank. The owner worked on my property. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions which was super helpful as a new homeowner who’s never had a septic tank before. I had a mixup at my property and he was incredibly helpful and communicative. He very clearly cares about his customers and leading his business with integrity. I would highly recommend them!

  I love Pleasant View company. They do so much to give back to the community. We are looking forward to their upcoming event Truck or treat in October.

  I've had a great experience with Ciera and Alexis! They're reliable, professional, and always on point. It's clear they care about both customer service and the environment. If you're looking for a trustworthy waste management company, I highly recommend them.
