  They were a very nice team consisting of two plumbers and an electrician who were very polite. They were here within an hour from when I called. The whole job was explained to me in detail and was carried out professionally. They were very respectful of my property and made sure to clean and dispose of any trash or debris created. I would definitely recommend this company.

  It started with a very professional office staff who understood the work I wanted done and a scheduler who booked the job when it was convenient for me and within two days. The assigned team showed up on time, introduced themselves, and surveyed the job to be done. They made some notes and gave me a cost proposal for my approval. They acquired the necessary parts and got to work. They actually incorporated some features I wasn't expecting which would make winterizing the outside faucet much easier with a cutoff valve within easy reach and to do maintenance easier. They explained what they were doing as they worked, showed me the new features, and explained how to avoid frozen pipes in the winter. They carefully checked their work for leaks and cleaned up after themselves. You could say that is the way the job should go, yes, exactly. This wasn't a handy-man job, these guys are professionals.

  Milltown was prompt in their response to my query. They quoted a price for the job,; quote listed work that would done. I believe quote was fair. However, I did not know how to estimate fairness of the quote. Milltown kept me informed of their schedule. Kyle, the Milltown technician was courteous, pleasant, and thorough. He kept with the job and kept me informed of the progress. We liked his work ethic. Overall, we are satisfied with Milltown; they did a very good job. I strongly recommend them for any plumbing and seeer repair.

  Had a great experience with Griffin yesterday. For the past several years I tried to find an electrician to fix 2 candelabras on my chandelier. I did not want to buy a new one since I love this one I have. I did some googling & found MillTown Plumbing, Heating & Electrical. I made an appointment & Griffin came. The first thing Griffin did when he entered my home was to place covers over his shoes. He was knowledgeable, diagnosed what was wrong, reviewed it with me & went over pricing. He made my wishes come true, the chandelier looks great & I am thrilled!! I highly recommend this company, Thank u Griffin your the BEST!!!

  Steve is a fantastic plumber with MillTown. He diagnosed the problem quickly saying he knew what was wrong which turned out to be 100% right. He discussed my 3 options with me, informed me about the membership program which is great for seniors. He told me how long the install would take, and he was very clean in his work and very courteous. He advised me on my outdoor faucet, and fixed my indoor plumbing problem. I'm a long time Mill Town customer and I can't recommend them highly enough. And Steve is one of their best.
