  I have been using Chalker Heating & Fuel since I relocated to Cape Cod many years ago. I have never had anything but a positive experience with them. Mark, Terry, and Crystal run the business, and all of them are a pleasure to work with. Chalker is one of the few oil service companies that offers a budget plan in my area, and I find that incredibly helpful. It is so nice to have a set monthly payment for ten months, than to be required to produce many hundreds of dollars to fill the tank when needed. Chalker is flexible with this budget, as well. If there is extra in your plan, you may use it to service your furnace, etc.. Chalker has serviced my oil furnace since before moving into my home, and they always do a great job. They arrive on time, do the work required, and clean the area when finished. All of the work is itemized, and priced competitively, or better. We have had Chalker in to add extra circulator pumps, add antifreeze to our system, and many other items, and each time they exceeded expectations. We have been so pleased with them, we passed their info on to our real estate friends to recommend them when clients ask for heating and oil companies. If you are looking for a new, or a change in oil provider and/or furnace servicing company, you couldn't do better than Chalker Heating & Fuel.

  Do not do business with this company. Had maintenance done on my oil burner. Few months later went to check oil level and gauge was gone. Called this company to let them know the gauge was gone. Denied it was their maintenance person. Came over replaced it told me I was out of oil. Filled with oil and still did not register anything in the tank. Called the company and lady sends me to owner. Owner tried to talk over me and denied it was them that they did anything to gauge originally. I told them it was broken and why would they leave it like that. I live alone no one had access to that tank except this company. I told him I wanted it fixed then the owner said why don’t He come over and show it wasn’t them. Literally threatening me because of their mistake. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
