I contacted Majic Air as they were recommended to me by a friend and they were able to send a technician to the house within an hour. After numerous tests, it was determined that our 23 year old system could not be repaired. I spoke with Ryan at the main office, who outlined the available options with costs and installation timeframes. Since it was a Friday, it wasn't possible to get the new furnace and air conditioning units until Monday. Two technicians showed up early Monday morning with the two new units and they had the heat up and running by 10:30 that morning. The service we received was exceptional, from the quick response to installation everything went smoothly. They even set up our programmable thermostat with the new system. All of the employees we had contact with were professional and friendly. We will continue to use Majic Air for all of our heating and cooling needs.

They diagnosed a problem with a part that no longer worked in a 12-year-old Armstrong furnace. (The original installers never registered the warrenty. The Majic peopleThe part would have cost more than half the value of the furnace and would take several weeks to ship. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for a new Reim furnace. It was the week between Christmas and New Year's. They brought the new furnace January 2, a day they had not been scheduled to work. The guys were great: professional, cleaned everything up, took the old equipment away. >They have done HVAC maintenance for me for several years. This furnace heats the house far better than the older one. I was very lucky that they were able to come so quickly. All contact by phone with the office workers is also excellent. They are on top of all warrenties and rebate information. I highly recommend Majic.
