  It's hard to impress me, but the team at Capital did their homework and deserve my recommendation. I booked the call with Nicole after seeing an ad on TV with the pretty lady. She didn't come to my house, a man named Jeff did and he was my sales guy and helper during the whole thing. I just called him to tell him the news and he reminded me to share my story so here we go. I love my new shower. Love it! I've had a nice bathtub for years, with steps leading up to it, but it was getting hard to climb out of the tub. I've been wanting a walk in shower for years, but I couldn't afford it. My doctor finally said enough is enough and I made the decision to get it taken care of. Jeff made it affordable, he answered all my phone calls, and he made sure the installation crew did a good job. Jeff Rosenspan. If you call Nicole ask her for Jeff. Thanks Jeff! Thanks Nicole!   We had appts with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and Bath Fitters. But Andre from Jacuzzi came to our house here in Vt and showed many samples, explained quality, how product is made and how shower is put together and installed. He held samples in the shower. We liked quality so decided to go with Jacuzzi and cancel bath fitters. We added 2nd bathroom. He was patient with all decisions with so many variations. Andre made the decisions easier by asking us questions and that we understood each option. Andre was great.

  Very knowledgeable rep came to my house to explain the options for my dad. We’re doing a bathtub-2-shower replacement, and our rep Jeff Rosenspan really knew a lot about the industry and the materials. He helped us make a series of good choices relating to the shower features and installation process. The total bill was much less than we expected, and we told that to Jeff. Instead of trying to sell us upgrades, like we expected, Jeff celebrated with us being under budget and gave us advice on other ways to save money. Five stars!

  We live in southern RI and it was time to refurbish our bathroom and add a soaker tub! Andre came to our home to show us all of our options. He was so professional and helped us explore so many options! This was one of our best experiences working with a bathroom professional sales associate. It was a great introduction to this company and builds confidence in their work. Highly recommend!

  My husband and I love our new shower. Thank you Jacuzzi, and especially our project manager Jeff Rosenspan. After we booked the installation, we changed the schedule twice and Jeff was always supportive. No extra charges, everything went perfect, and the new shower was installed in one day. The ad told the truth, which is rare in this life, but we couldn’t be happier with the work. Jeff convinced us not to install a shower seat, which saved us thousands, and BlueCross sent us a free one! Thank you for being an honest salesman, and for guiding us in the right direction. Jeff, you’re the best, no notes for you. Hope you’re laughing at that last comment, and I hope your boss shows you this. Take care. I’ll give my sister your card.
