  Steve from northeastern mechanical is fantastic, kind, and the best. We had a pipe burst at 3am saturday mornijg in our apartment . He showed up ready to work with no complaints and always was in a good mood. He spent hours working with JJ from patriot plumbing on figuring out how to resolve the problem. They clearly were knowledgeable about how to fix issues, worked efficiently, and took care in their repair. They even fully cleaned the space they worked in; vaccumed the floors, sprayed down the countertops, and mopped up all the water and floors to be clean. Truly the best guys.

  Early this morning we had a pipe burst in the wall of our apartment- this was a catastrophic experience, but Steve from NE Mechanical was AMAZING. Truly our hero. Despite multiple set backs, Steve spent hours with us working with JJ from Patriot Plumbing on figuring out how to resolve the problem. They even worked hard to clean up after themselves. Truly the best guys.
