  My husband and I were extremely pleased with the work done on our new shower installation and seating. Your installation workmen were very polite, and went out of their way to keep our home neat and update us on progress, etc. They were eager to work quickly and did not even take a break to complete it in a timely manner. They came in on a snow storm and left in a snow storm. Offered them coffee and cookies and they would not take either nor a break. I give them 5 stars as they deserve it for all their hard work politeness.

  A high pressure salesperson will come to your home and continuously push you to decide today to get a deal and an extra special discount good for even more money off good for today only. Your number will be sold to spam and phishing companies. So many different numbers and names will call you about one inquiry it’s endless harassment. All decision making parties and or members of the household need to be present for this fits appointment. A breakdown of the estimate will not be given but they’ll be a “we will throw that in for free” and even at the end a chance to win a discount on a resort stay somewhere that kinda sounds like a timeshare scam.

  An amazing shower installation from start to finish! Market representative John Cummings was informative, well educated, non pressuring. He delivered process accurately and confidently. Our installer, Sinval worked nonstop, professional at all times, completing job as promised. His care and attention to customers needs were commendable.   I had a very good experience with Jacuzzi. I found David Ford very good to work with. He gave me confidence that the company was well run and offered a quality product. I found the installers to be very knowledgeable and efficient. They went right to it to get the job done. They were pleasant and professional. I am enjoying my walk -in shower and pleased to recommend Jacuzzi to others.
