I found the installers to be very knowledgeable and efficient. They went right to it to get the job done. They were pleasant and professional. I am enjoying my walk -in shower and pleased to recommend Jacuzzi to others.

Last night at 7 pm they called me to scheudled an appt for 2 pm today and at 220 when no one showed and no one called I called them to see what's up. They said they couldn't confirm the appt. THEY LITERALLY SCHEUDLED IT LAST NIGHT ON THE PHONE WITH ME. There were NO missed calls to my number, no text messages and no email sent to confirm the morning of as they state. The gentleman that booked the appt took all of that information as well as the street address the evening before. If this is the kind of customer service they offer you don't want to work with them!

My husband and I are thrilled at the transformation. The whole experience was positive from our initial consultation with Jeffrey Champagne, the quick installation, and the follow up after to make sure we were completely happy. I highly recommend this company!
