Communication is chaotic, morale is terrible, and the culture is built on instability. Every day felt like walking into a storm with no leadership, no accountability, and no direction. Managers and higher ups do not answer their phones brush all problems to the side. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY 20 grand for a shower. It cost third of that and company takes advantage of old and dumb people that think it cost that.

My 82-year-old mother was charged more than $23,000 for a bathroom remodel, which felt shockingly high to us—especially since I recently had two similar bathrooms done elsewhere for a fraction of that amount. We expected high-quality work and materials for the price, but what we received didn’t match those expectations. Some of the items looked nice online, but in person they felt cheaply made, and a few arrived with noticeable defects. Overall, we feel the pricing was far beyond what seemed reasonable, and the quality did not reflect the amount paid. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company get multiple estimates and review everything carefully before moving forward.

He went through everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. He worked with us to make this remodel fit within our budget. Then the guys that came out to take out our tub and put in our new walk in Shower were the best. They worked extremely hard all day to get as much done as they could. They were very careful not to make a mess and when they left you would never have known they were there with the exception of leaving us with a beautiful new walk in Shower. Wow.... they did such a great job. We were so impressed and extremely happy that we went with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. I would recommend them to anyone. We were not disappointed in the least bit. Thanks so much for doing a remarkable job.
