The laid down drop cloths and at every entry from the out side wiped there fee. At the completion the removed all the old windows and any debris and then vacuumed each area. Amazing. The second day was a door installed and it was cold out. He and two members of his team removed the old door, opened up the area and after 8 hours wow, a job professionally done. This team is nothing short of professional, caring about my proper and a seamless installation. From my initial call for a home visit there was always communication so I was aware of each step. I have had several projects completed in and on my home. But, none as professional and caring as Window World of Boston. Thanks and yes I would highly recommended them and use them again. With them you are more than a customer, you are a family member.

I did not realize until after installation when I saw window sticker my windows are not energystar certified in the northeast. On the other hand the installation team manny and Francis were amazing with care to detail and professional. If I could rate just installation it would a 5 .

Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?

What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
