- DDDaveNov 9, 20251.0I purchased a floor from B&D that started to bubble approximately two years after installation requiring replacement. The original floor material was not designed for my specific application, and I fully understand that these type issues can and will happen - hence, no issue with having to replace floor. However, they seemed to suggest that the selection of the flooring was in part my fault. While we ultimately agreed to split the cost of the new floor 50/50(my suggestion), this was the result of multiple calls/emails to B&D which I would summarize as an extremely frustrating experience. Their installers were professional and did a nice job. In summary, I will not use them again.

Most recently, as the chairman of Buildings and Grounds Committee for Lexington History Museums, we chose B and D to supply and install the flooring for the new Depot Museum. Bob and Scott gave great advice on the proper product, were excellent about scheduling around other contractors and did beautiful work on both the vinyl and tile floors that they installed.
