  We purchased a new condo that needed to be renovated fast as we were buying & selling at the same time. Scott from B&D came through for us and more than met our expectations. He coordinated the entire project and sent us to B&D where their team went into action! Great selection of flooring which we put throughout the entire condo & It pulled the whole look together Beautifully. He was patient as we changed our mind a few times, so professional & still finished the entire job before I was even ready to move in! He made the stress from meeting all the other deadlines go away, and the Workers always cleaned up the place. Highly recommend -you won’t be disappointed.

  I purchased a floor from B&D that started to bubble approximately two years after installation requiring replacement. The original floor material was not designed for my specific application, and I fully understand that these type issues can and will happen - hence, no issue with having to replace floor. However, they seemed to suggest that the selection of the wrong floor material was in part my fault...are you serious ??? While we ultimately agreed to split the cost of the new floor 50/50(my suggestion), this agreement was only achieved after multiple calls/emails to B&D which I would describe as an extremely frustrating experience. Following the reinstallation of the new floor, I assumed responsibility to hire a contractor to replace the baseboard trim which was expensive. The B&D floor installers were professional and did a nice job. I will not use B&D Carpets for future work and will not recommend.

  We had the carpet replaced on two sets of stairs. The result was beautiful, well priced and professionally done. From our meeting with our sells person Debbie to the home measurement and the installers, everyone was very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend!

  We had a great experience with the carpets that John and his crew did for us. They were very professional, great personalities, they made us feel very relaxed as we were so stressed before specifically with the electronics as they helped us. We definitely recommend them and the B&D carpets. The attention to detail was outstanding. We are very pleased. Debbie Gomes was excellent helping us with choosing the carpet.
