We enjoy working with Luis who has been to service our unit. He is efficient in his job, quickly going about his task with little to no interruption to the family's day.

- SSShirley ShiMar 30, 20265.0First of, diagnosis visit was/is $225 (minimum 1hr), and separate from the repair itself. Diagnosis technical did/do not seem to carry spare parts, so whatever repair you need will most likely be a separate visit with separate fees. Scheduling was a breeze, I reached out on Wednesday, diagnosis was Friday (bad gas valve), reached out again on Monday for parts and quote, and technicians came same day to replace. Very responsive/efficient. Emerson and Angel were wonderful. They called me on their way, once arrived got to the job right away, explained to me what they were doing, finished the job quickly but thoroughly, and did not (unlike another HVAC company we used before) try to sell me a whole new HVAC system for 25K+. They did, however, gave me information on what new systems they routinely install and what we would need for mini split ACs. Highly recommended for Brookline and surrounding areas!

While I did not end up installing one - I'm taking the time to acknowledge Atlantic because they took the time and effort to meet, discuss and propose a variety of solutions - instilling the confidence that they understood the complexity project, potential problems and solutions; ultimately instilling me with the confidence that they'd do it correctly. If I do end up moving forward - I would certainly reconnect with Atlantic.
