They made a mistake with my paperwork because the sales person lied and said I had stated that I was going with another company for part of my flooring install. To this day they insist I'm lying but why would I? I NEEDED flooring in. It just irks me that a sales associate can lie like that and that I was made into a villain and called a liar. The store manager was cold. The only helpful person was the lady who does billing. Laurie. Everyone else was awful. Kevin was the sales associate. He was helpful up until he lied. He could have called to clarify with me if he wasn't sure. Anyway. The flooring that did get put down is nice. I'll post a picture.
