  We can't recommend John enough! We needed to get fire escapes repaired and up to code on 2 South End brownstones quickly. FAST and fair estimate, excellent work, and worked with the city to get certification in the nick of time. I would recommend him to everyone who needs to get their fire escapes worked on, and we will be calling him again in 5 years to get them certified again! Thanks very much John!!

  We had to repair the fire escape on a six unit condo. John was brilliant. His estimate was fair - a good price - and he and his crew, despite a certain amount of neighborly interference, did an excellent job in double-quick time. I can't imagine a better experience.   John is a professional and great to work with. We called John to repair a three family fire escape and certify it with the City of Boston. John came out the next day and provided a quote at no charge. We needed new bolts, saddle clips, and a scrap and paint job. A week later John was on site - completing the work in under three days. John is an early riser and was willing to meet outside of the typical 9-5. John was communicative throughout the process, always on time, and reasonably priced.
