  Dave Monteiro is great to work with. We’ve used him with both inside and outside building projects. He has great ideas on how to solve a broad range of building, house and finishing projects. Dave will assess, quote and get started quickly and his team’s workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend Dave and his work 👍

  My wife and I hired Dave to completely finish our basement which included a family/Rec room, home gym and full bathroom. Throughout the process Dave was extremely responsive to any questions we had and would keep up updated on everything going on and what our next steps would be. Dave listened to what we had in mind for the project and executed it exactly how we wanted it. We will definitely work with Dave in the future and would 10/10 recommend him for any project you have in mind!

  I cannot say enough good things about Dave! He just finished remodeling my kitchen, and I’m absolutely in love with it!! From day one, he was friendly, easy to work with, and really listened to what I wanted. The whole process was smooth and surprisingly stress-free— he showed up when he said he would, kept things neat, and paid attention to every little detail. And the final result is exactly what I've been dreaming of! I’m so grateful for Dave's hard work and care. If you’re thinking about a remodel, I can’t recommend him enough!!

  We’ve used Dave and his team at David Monteiro Contracting for several different home renovation projects. Bulkhead replacement, custom coffee bar, and most recently a full bath remodel. We are very happy with each project. Their work is exceptional. Professional, reasonably priced, on time, and great to work with. I recommend Dave and his team for your next project.

  Poor craftmanship. All windows installed incorrectly and are leaking. Doors installed without all the screws in and one door leaking. Doesn't answer calls His team doesn't appear to care about doing anything right. Started fast then no communication and slow. A waste of money! I would not recommend at all.
