- SHStephen HinrichsOct 11, 20212.0I purchased about $450 in window trim products. When I reported the products to the cashier he put the wrong code in the computer and I was charged an extra $130. Luckily the guy who checked the order exiting the parking lot identified the mistake. I returned to the cashier and received a refund but no apology. This system is problematic and unprofessional. The person cutting the wood in the shed should provide a receipt with bar codes that correctly identifies product picked up in the shed that can be scanned by the cashier. It really is simple. Not sure why they haven't put these systems in place. When mistakes are made provide an apology. It goes a long way into defusing customer dissatisfaction.
