  I just recently had our roof, flat roof and chimneys redone by A.C. Castle. A.C. Castle quoted me the best price and was able to provide me valid proof of General Liability and Workers' Compensation Coverage. Once the job was complete, I received my Warranty Documents. A.C. Castle's staff was professional and courteous and they did an excellent job at the end of each day with cleanup! They even ensured that the neighboring properties were clean, as well. I highly recommend A.C. Castle.

  I cannot say enough about this company, it's employee and owner Brian What started out as a roof replacement became a friendship. Their work was impeccable and right to the quote. Fast, clean, you would never know a roofing crew had been at our house when they were done. Over the years if we lost a shingle or two due to awful New England weather, he was always there buttoning up our roof and maintaining it's value. Years ago when that huge storm hit this area ( literally tearing the roof of a hotel on the back-shore) he came over to our house literally in a storm to fix what was happening to ours. Years later when a family member was ill and in Boston during that surge of bad winter weather in 2013, he again came when the violent winds did damage. Brian never questioned anything when he knew there was an emergency at our home and fixed it beautifully and fast - before any long term damage could be done. It isn't just a good roofing company, it's one of those rare companies that cares about their customers one on one and treats you so well and so kind. I could not recommend these guys enough. They are truly the best and was one of the best decisions we made years ago for our home.

  A.C. Castle replaced my roof and gutters. The owner, Brian, was very experienced and thoroughly explained the options available. He was very easy to communicate with and worked with me to schedule the work when it worked for me. His crew were polite, hardworking and did a great job. There was about 3 feet of snow around my house and when they finished clean up you’d never know they were there. If you’re looking for an experienced, professional and knowledgeable team to work on your home give them a call.

  My neighbor got their roof done with AC castle and one of the crewman rang out doorbell everyday they were there to ask us to move our car to a different spot in our 3-family driveway in case of an accident. One of the days we literally couldn't move it because our driveway was full with our other tenants’ vehicles and I didn’t have time between work calls to find a street spot for their convenience. On a work call, I heard a loud noise from outside and I didn’t want to look at what it was. A crewman dropped a hammer clean through our windshield of our car. For safety reasons and negligence of crews this company contracts to, I wouldn’t hire them. Especially not where houses are close together. I’m not sure what was worse, the accident itself or how it was handled after. The crew lead came over to apologize and said he would personally pay us to compensate for the damage. I had to use my second and final Safelite windshield replacement of the year on it, and had to track this man down for 2 months before I saw any money. The front desk was completely useless, and left it up to him and wouldn’t compensate me from the company’s funds just said keep calling him. I really think this illustrates why not to use AC castle.
