  He came over on Easter Sunday and helped us with a big problem that could not wait. He explained everything in detail. He stayed until the problem was resolved. Really nice guy.

  The work itself was good, but fair warning, they are very expensive. The tech told me it was because they provide emergency service, and whether or not you need emergency service, which I did not, they charge emergency prices. Again, the work they did was good, but there are plenty of other services that would do just as good and as prompt work for far less money.

  I met two fine gentleman this morning. It is great to be updated on arrival times. Cory explained what was going to be done and approximately how long it would take.

  Supposedly Walter and assistant fixed sump pump! Twelve hours later 1100 square feet basement filled 5 inches with water. Gem wouldn’t come back until restoration came and took all the water out. I did that Saturday. No one came back Saturday or Sunday. I get a phone call I am first on the list for Monday morning someone will be there by 9:30 am! Just got text confirming between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. Now I have to worry about mold!

  Joe and Nick were sent to look at a Mr. Cool unit of mine that wasn't kicking out cold air. They determined that the system had a leak somewhere and it would cost a substantial amount of money to fix mostly due to the cost of the coolant itself and leak detection alone. I gave 4 stars out of 5 because even though I chose not to move forward with the repair, it was still pretty costly for them to come out and basically tell me that the unit was junk without repair. Money aside, Joe and Nick were great. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, explained things very well and I could tell they knew what they were doing. I had every reason to believe they could have done the repair. So the 4 stars (probably even a 3 1/2) is not really a negative on the technicians, no problems with them at all. I think the company itself is a little pricey. But I guess that's the world we live in today. The inspection was a little more money than I had anticipated that's all.
