The two technicians; Justin and Joey, were very professional and wasted absolutely no time in getting the new boiler Installed and up and running. My renters were very happy to have Heat restored back to the property. The breakdown crew that Gem Hired did a good job in breaking down the old boiler components and removing them. The electrician did a top-notch job in installing the electrical components. The two technicians that originally came out to diagnose the situation with the old boiler were very professional, and I am very pleased with the whole crew working together as a team. Called Gem, plumbing to return to drain radiators of air and the technician, Dory was very prompt and professional and did a good job. Now the radiators are fully operational. Spent time around all the technicians and learned by watching.
