  Seth and his crew were fantastic. Nick, Josh, and Alan were on site to make sure everything was on target. Everyone on the crew was on time, professional and did amazing work. We were most impressed by how extensively they cleaned the property before they left. Our house has been transformed. Completely satisfied!!!!

  This is the second time I have used Window World for home improvements. Six years ago I called upon Window World to put in all new windows and we love them! After dealing with 3 other roofing companies with quotes that showed 3 different prices and being spoken to on super high speed so much so it sounded like a foreign language. I was left confused and frustrated. So, I called Window World again and it was all so simple. An up-front price and date for install with no pressure, to replace my roof. Justin and his team showed up and were great, hardworking, and listened to any concerns I had and answered my questions. My roof looks amazing! Thank you! Oh, and they like cookies if you have any... They truly deserve them, they work hard and I'm positive you will be happy with the end result no matter what they do. I always am!

  Exceptional Service from Window World of Western Massachusetts I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Window World of Western Massachusetts (in Belchertown, MA) after their team recently installed 21 replacement windows and a patio slider in my home. Their thoroughness, quality of work, and unwavering commitment to the job were truly impressive. The day started promptly at 7:45 AM, with three large trucks and several pickups arriving. The foreman and project manager introduced themselves, and the carpenters immediately started work. They began with meticulous preparation, laying plastic sheeting across all floors and furniture—even areas not directly adjacent to the windows. Meanwhile, the foreman took precise final measurements of all 21 windows to ensure every detail was to specification. Throughout the day, the crew was a model of efficiency. We watched as they tore out the old sashes, made all necessary repairs and adjustments to the window frames, and carefully installed and plumbed the new pocket windows. They were responsive and courteous when we struck up topical conversations, maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout their labor. The finishing touches were handled with careful, loving attention. Towards the end of the day, the team touched up all the casings, meticulously filling in nail holes, and thoroughly cleaning the windows, both inside and outside, ensuring each one looked picture perfect. Finally, the foreman conducted a solo walkthrough, documenting all work. We then joined him for a final review, during which he proactively pointed out a few minor factory defects in a couple of panels, which will be replaced per the warranty—a testament to their honesty. The team finished the job and cleaned the site impeccably, leaving the premises at 7:00 PM, eleven hours after they arrived. The worksite was cleaned up so thoroughly that we wouldn’t have known they were there. It's almost as if we went to sleep on Christmas Eve and woke up to new windows! These guys are not your typical 9 to 5 ers; they are perfectionists to the nth degree. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your windows and any other home improvement projects they offer.

  After disappointing (even traumatizing) experiences with contractors, Window World was an absolute blessing. From our first meeting, their professionalism, skill, and organization stood out—they truly operate like a well-oiled machine. I actually found myself in tears one night out of pure gratitude for their care and craftsmanship. They replaced rafters & part of our roof, designed and installed siding meticulously, installed a new garage door, beautiful copper gutters, replaced some windows, and a couple doors—each completed by its own specialized team that worked seamlessly together. This family-run business made us feel like part of their family too. The owner took time to personally connect with my elderly parents, and the entire team showed kindness & consideration, even to our dog, making it easy & livable while having them all there! I now look at my home with pride, feeling safe, secure, and genuinely cared for by Window World. Their expertise, efficiency, and compassion are unmatched. I cannot thank them enough for restoring my faith in what true professionalism and heart in this area of expertise really looks like. Now when I pass their billboards or see their commercials I really feel a personalized connection- this is a direct reflection of their authenticity, and a genuine caring for our community.

  Before you sign up with these guys, do yourself a favor and get a second and third opinion on your project. We did not have a good experience here and left feeling insulted and taken advantage of. Without saying too much, aggressive and arrogant are some words I would use to describe how things are done here. We were able to find a better solution elsewhere and I think you could, too. Good luck!
