  I could not have asked for a better experience with the crew from Window World on what had to be the coldest day of December so far! Everything and I mean everything was top notch from the on time arrival to washing my kitchen floor just prior to leaving. Brennan was a great team leader and a very courteous young man. He listened to our specific requests and followed through in every aspect. The many installers were professional, polite, and sticklers for detail. They were efficient with their time and obviously were very familiar with the task at hand. Simply put, an all around outstanding team of installers representing Window World in best possible way. My husband and I were in awe of all that they accomplished in the hours they were here. Windows out, windows in, as well as the clean up. The windows are gorgeous and I am noticing today that the chilly drafts in every room have been vanquished! That's a win for us. Thank you Brennan and the whole team for making this install day flawless. We appreciate you and will be recommending Window World to family and friends for years to come.   It was time to replace the deteriorating Masonite siding portions on our 1976 vintage home. We were not thrilled with traditional vinyl siding so we did a lot of research before deciding how to proceed. We had always been impressed with the strength and durability of Structural Foam as in 2x4 Basic products, and composite heavy duty shelving, and composite inground swimming pool walls. The material is almost indestructible. Research revealed that a quality composite siding was "Ascend" by "Alside", with excellent reviews. Window World was the only local installer we could find to install this composite siding. Nick, the Window World GM, viewed our house to evaluate our needs with options and recommendations. His knowledge was impressive. We contracted with Window World. During installation, the forman on scene was Jordan. His self motivated work ethic was notable, and he saw to it that all aspects of the installation was done to perfection. I don't recall the name of individual who single-handedly installed the gutters and downspouts, which I thought impossible by one person. He discussed installation options with us prior to starting and again the job was done to perfection. I have to say we were nervous about replacing our siding, but the result exceeded all our expectations. We can recommend Window World without any reservations.

  Wow! It is rare these days for a company to exceed my expectations, but that's exactly what Window World of Western Mass did! From the initial job quote to the finished project they were professional, punctual, and pleasant to deal with. Undeterred by the six inches of fresh snow on the ground, Zach and his co-worker installed my new gutters and they look amazing! And Window World's cost was almost $1000 less than another companies quote! I had a great experience with them and will certainly recommend their services to my friends and family!

  Ariel and his Team of 3 other installers were just fantastic!. a I have never seen a better example of the Teamwork they displayed going about their individual work with minimal communication or supervision. Each worker knowing his task and doing it with skill and hard work. They had removed and installed all 15 windows and a six foot sliding patio door in less than 4 hours and finished the critical moldings both on the inside of each window and the sliding door and also on the outside. Truly first class workmanship and my wife and I are very pleased with the results. Also, I must mention that the Project Manager Tim, from Ware, was on hand for most of the job and was very helpful in explaining the why and how things were being done and trouble shooting some minor problems and personally fixing them working with Ariel and his Team. This has totally been a great experience for us and we couldn't be happier.

  Exceptional Service from Window World of Western Massachusetts I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Window World of Western Massachusetts (in Belchertown, MA) after their team recently installed 21 replacement windows and a patio slider in my home. Their thoroughness, quality of work, and unwavering commitment to the job were truly impressive. The day started promptly at 7:45 AM, with three large trucks and several pickups arriving. The foreman and project manager introduced themselves, and the carpenters immediately started work. They began with meticulous preparation, laying plastic sheeting across all floors and furniture—even areas not directly adjacent to the windows. Meanwhile, the foreman took precise final measurements of all 21 windows to ensure every detail was to specification. Throughout the day, the crew was a model of efficiency. We watched as they tore out the old sashes, made all necessary repairs and adjustments to the window frames, and carefully installed and plumbed the new pocket windows. They were responsive and courteous when we struck up topical conversations, maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout their labor. The finishing touches were handled with careful, loving attention. Towards the end of the day, the team touched up all the casings, meticulously filling in nail holes, and thoroughly cleaning the windows, both inside and outside, ensuring each one looked picture perfect. Finally, the foreman conducted a solo walkthrough, documenting all work. We then joined him for a final review, during which he proactively pointed out a few minor factory defects in a couple of panels, which will be replaced per the warranty—a testament to their honesty. The team finished the job and cleaned the site impeccably, leaving the premises at 7:00 PM, eleven hours after they arrived. The worksite was cleaned up so thoroughly that we wouldn’t have known they were there. It's almost as if we went to sleep on Christmas Eve and woke up to new windows! These guys are not your typical 9 to 5 ers; they are perfectionists to the nth degree. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your windows and any other home improvement projects they offer.
