  Every interaction with all employees was very pleasant and, informative and professional. All scheduled appointments occurred exactly at the times they indicated. On the day of the installation Brennan, the site manager introduced himself and the other crew members. He first did a measure check of the windows and assessed their ability to be worked on. We had a very large desk we could not move but that did not phase them at all. They meticulously laid down plastic and tarps to minimize the mess of taking out the old windows and placing the new windows in. All eight windows went in perfectly and we were very pleased with the look and finished installation. Brennan took his time to show my wife and I how to operate the windows and some of the tricks in doing so. He also pointed out one of the windows had an imperfection that he already made a service call to replace it. We did not notice it ourselves during the inspection. Once the windows were installed, we immediately noticed the rooms were quieter and mor comfortable. We have had other windows installed over the years with different projects but these window are far superior. Brennan was the ultimate project manager, friendly, informative, flexible, personable and a highly skilled craftsman. We have watched the Window World family advertise their products while standing on them to Lanea as the current spokesperson. They are just as nice and professional as they all appear on tv. This is a company one should do business with.

  We would like to tell everyone that we are very happy with Craig, Tommy and Crew! Craig and Tommy are very professional to work with as well as everyone that works with them. They listened and were very patient as to what we needed with our basement and roof repair. We have a very old house (1842) and they knew just what to do to support our structure. We are extremely happy and recommend Window World of Western Mass for all home repair. They specialize in old homes and Craig is a huge asset to the company. If you have an old house, we recommend that you call Tim, Craig, and crew at Window World.

  We had an outstanding experience with Window World of Western MA from start to finish! When we began looking for a contractor to replace our roof, we spoke with several companies. Window World stood out immediately for their professionalism during the very first phone call—they clearly explained the entire process and set expectations. Tim Drost, the owner, came to our home and walked us through everything. He offered a high-quality roofing product without overwhelming us with unnecessary options and explained why it was the best choice. Tim’s communication was excellent, and everything he promised happened exactly as described. The roofing team, led by Cameron, was fantastic. They arrived early every day, worked hard, and kept us informed throughout the project. They even adjusted their workflow during snow flurries to protect materials. At the end of each day, the cleanup was so thorough it looked like they were never there! We also had foam insulation installed by Jeremy from GOGREEN Home Performance. Jeremy and his partner were professional, punctual, and worked seamlessly with the roofing team. Jeremy even helped vacuum inside our home—true teamwork! Next came the construction team, led by Craig, a master carpenter. Craig ensured our home was protected during work and guided his team expertly. When they discovered unexpected water damage, they handled it immediately—replacing studs, the sill plate, and insulation. Incredible work! Finally, we had our front door and screen door installed by Ariel and his team. Ariel communicated throughout the process and overcame challenges with skill and professionalism. He coached his team and ensured everything was done right. One of the best moments was the final cleanup—everyone pitched in, even sliding around with Swiffer sheets on their feet to make the floors spotless. It was fun to watch and showed how much pride they take in their work. In summary: Window World of Western MA delivered exceptional quality, communication, professionalism, and timeliness. We truly believe no other company could have done this better. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a positive experience!

  What a way to start off the New Year! Jeremy and Adam showed up at 7:30am to replace a Garden Window that should have been replaced a long time ago and these men did not disappoint! The replacement was at a difficult spot next to a tree and they handled it like it was nothing. Professional, polite and the work is spot on! These people know their stuff and then some! Thank you for being as advertised and then exceeding expectations! Anyone needing work done on their home, these people are the real deal and once given the chance to work on your home, you won't want anyone else!!!

  I recently finished a big project with Window World of Western Mass that included new windows, siding, a rebuilt front porch, and gutters. The crews did excellent work, and each team was skilled in their area. I’m happy with how everything turned out and feel I got a high-quality result for my money. One thing the company could work on is streamlining communication. Because the project was so large, I had different contacts each day, which made things a bit confusing. I would have liked a simpler way to address my questions/concerns. Another area for improvement is cleanup. They plan to come back in the spring, free of charge, to finish cleaning up, but for now, I’m still picking up debris like nails and screws around my yard.
